If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact Pomaikai-ukulele to return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the product.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return and refund, items much be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. All returned items must include all original packaging and accessories. Buyers assume responsibility for all shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipping or not received as described.
All returns require prior authorization from Pomaikai-ukulele and a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without a valid RA number will be disposed of by Pomaikai-ukulele, if no customer comes to claim them within 30 days from the date of receipt.
1. Contact the Pomaikai-ukulele customer service team by email at dfyqmarketing@gmail to obtain an RMA number and a return shipping address, or the prepaid shipping label if applicable for your case.
If the product has a quality problem, it is necessary to attach a video to show the problem when emailing.
2. Please choose your logistics company at your own cost or the prepaid shipping label (if applicable) to mail the package.
Pack the product well as requested. After shipping out the product(s), please be kind to inform us by email.
3. Pomaikai-ukulele will process refunds within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the following billing cycle. The bank may need 8-15 business days to transfer the money to your card account.
1. Products with quality-related issues.
Pomaikai-ukulele.com will be responsible for shipping fees (within 10USD) and start the return process from our Service Staff when you want to return the products of your order.
2. Products with no quality-related issues.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
